Decal Application Steps
You will need the
fallowing:

Old credit card or clean plastic plaster scrapper
·
Lint free rag
·
Isopropyl alcohol
·
Masking tape
·
Windex or other glass or surface cleaner
·
Scissors
1. Clean application
surface thoroughly with Windex or other surface cleaner and paper towel first.
2. Next take your lint
free rag and apply isopropyl alcohol to the rag.
3. Take rag and clean the
surface that you have already cleaned with the Windex.
4. Pre-place graphic where
you would like it to go.
5. Underneath graphic
place a piece of masking tape as a guideline. Be sure not to stick tape to
graphic.
6. Carefully hold graphic
in place and take a piece of masking tape in the center going vertically.
Making sure not to overlap and cut vinyl.
7. Carefully lift up
graphic and backing all together. Peal off backing at 45-degree angle till the
backing is completely clear of the transfer tape.
8. Lay what is stuck to the transfer tape to
your cleaned surface.
9. Take you old credit
card or clean plastic putty scrapper and at a 45 degree angle using pressure go
across the transfer tape on top of the graphic which is now on your surface.
10. Peel off the Transfer
tape at a 45 degree angle and make sure that the transfer tape is kept on top
of the transfer tape not peeled off yet.
11. If vinyl is still
stuck to the transfer tape place the transfer tape back in original passion and
do step 10 over again.
12. If every thing goes
smoothly your tape should come off and leave your graphic decal on your
surface.
13. If you have any
bubbles take a pin and pop then carefully and then smooth out with you finger.
14. If you have any
tunnels take a razor knife and make a slit from one side of the tunnel to the
other. Then take your finger and smooth it out.
15. Take your old credit
card or clean plastic plaster scrapper and your lint free rag and put the lint
free rag around you credit card or plaster scrapper.
16. Lightly go over your
applied graphic to make sure that it is stuck to your surface.
17. When you are done stand back and admire your work. Hope
